This is by far one of the most wonderful places I’ve stayed during my trip. The guesthouse is extremely clean, organized and has everything one needs. The owner is super nice and helpful with any questions you may have while you’re traveling in Miyakojima! 10/10 recommend!

At the guest house, the units come with bed linen and towels. It’s the best guesthouse that I have been to in Okinawa (out of 4). First things first, Kishaba, the owner, is so nice and informative. The facility is amazing, from the large beds to the well equipped kitchen and the nice living room. 5 minutes walk from everything you’ll need. I will surely come back.

For guests with children, the guest house offers an indoor play area. A private beach area is available on-site and snorkelling can be enjoyed within close proximity of Sesoko Blue. Everything! I had the luck to be there to celebrate my birthday during one of the evening get-together parties in the living room. The accommodation is very comfortable, with the proper heating/AC needed for the changing weather at the island, the futons were comfy, and the blankets really cozy. The bathroom and shower were super clean and functional, with a clean towel for every night at the stay and elegantly decorated. The common area, living room with kitchen, is fully equipped, with comfortable decoration, and the most beautiful view to the sea. The location is great as well, as there is a beach close by and a delicious café near the hotel. I can only recommend this place wholeheartedly. The hosts are really friendly, easy going and will help in case of any questions.

Offering a garden and city view, Happy Island Miyako is situated in Miyako Island, 1.8 km from Painagama Beach and 3.4 km from Turiba Seaside Park. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Max was really nice and really helpfull. There is a full equiped kitchen available and the room was confortable. Wifi ok and the place is closed to really amazing beaches by car.

Everything you could want in a hostel. My room was simple and small, but very functional with its own AC unit and lockable storage. Andy also kindly let me store my luggage for a day after I checked out, and was hugely helpful in offering me recommendations/tips (and was very responsive on WhatsApp).
