They were so kind--they took me to the resort to ski (about 5 min drive) and picked me up afterwards. They have a fun bar space and a decent restaurant in the evenings. It is well located for Niseko Village and is on the shuttle line (get off at Milk stop and walk 250M down the street). The people working there were super kind and polite and helpful. It really was the definition of hospitality without even trying--just nice people. They have a ski room s well to dry boots and keep skis. What more to say--price is right and you will have an authentic experience away from generic hotels in the area.

They also provided 5 star service ahead of arriving, offering useful information and support. No bath but 10min walk to a great onsen.
