Staying there was a beautiful experience and a glimpse of Japan you won’t find in big cities.

The facilities are super clean and lovely throughout including a handy kitchen in the communal area. The room is one of the largest I’ve stayed in in Japanese hotels to date. It is located 22 km from Higashiosaka Hanazono Rugby Stadium and features luggage storage space. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. This is not a typical hostel where there are lots of people living in the same room with a chill vibe, but I like this hostel a lot. Located in the residential area (pretty close to many tourist attractions though), this hostel is adapted from a single-family-detached-home and is run by the Tamura family. The host was a welcoming lady who showed the facilities in detailed once I arrived at the place. In my room (mixed dorm), there're only 4 bunks and 2 of them are empty during my one night stay so it's really great. The bed is cozy, the facilities are good to use and free(like slippers, toothbrush set, towels, water & barley tea etc.) There're two shower room (and one of them is traditional japanese style bathtub. The host prepared warm water for us to use in advance. Not a lot to say but I love the tranquil vibe of the hostel itself as well as the surroundings. If I will revisit Nara again, I'll come here again.
