The staff was really great helpful and very nice. They helped me ship things I had forgotten to my new hôtel. It was perfect. The guesthouse is very close to both train stations but remain super quiet despite the location. Very close to the park and many restaurants.

Delicious breakfast every day. Hiroko is easy to talk to. She always checks in and asks how things are once she is available, friendly but not in a pushy way. She and Dane are nice couple, they always provide help. Staying here is like staying home.

The staff were both very sweet and helpful, even when I had difficulties with transport. All the facilities were up to par and the staff made sure that we were more than satisfied! Even without considering this incredible service, the location and facilities of the stay (the bath, the food, the room, etc.) all contributed to an exceptional stay.

This was by far my favourite stay of my Japan trip. Not only was the guest house absolutely stunning and tastefully furnished, within very close proximity to the deer park, I was welcomed so warmly and it really felt like home for the night I was there. This is more than just a guest house- this is a beautiful place to bring people from all around the world together.

We loved the attention to detail, especially the vintage record player with Japanese vinyls and how well stocked the kitchen was (oil, spices, rice, coffee etc. - the best we had in Japan!). Staff was very accommodating. Very spacious, perfect for our group. We had to change the group size due to a mistake of our own and it was very easy to resolve, thank you for that. We had a great time!
