The staff were extraordinary. All of the staff were wonderful, especially Tahiki who helped us driving us to the slopes and booking restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble.

This was a cozy & comfortable stay in Matsumoto. I wish I had booked two nights in Matsumoto, instead of doing a night in Kamikochi. The host was very kind, showing me a tour around the home. He also made it easy to talk to by using a translation device? which was highly appreciated :). It was also nice and quiet, there were a couple other folks staying in the inn but I had not encountered them during my short stay. A good location pretty close to the subway station. There’s also the cutest cafe across the street that I highly recommend going to.

The owner was so helpful with suggestions and tips prior to our arrival and the staff looking after the lodge were so friendly, very helpful and extremely customer focused. I would highly recommend the lodge.

Togoro's location is perfect; right next to a public onsen and the bus stop for the snow shuttle and the transfer bus from Iiyama, and easy walking distance to anywhere you might need to go.

I really enjoyed the stay in 遊来る guest house, even though I didn’t get too much time to look around, as I arrived late, I had a chance to have a pleasant chat with the owners. Also they were very kind to send me one item that I accidentally left in the room after checking out. Thank you so much!
