The guest house features family rooms. Everything is perfect! The room, the staff, the location, the cleanliness everything is excellent! The staff even help with our luggage climbing the stairs to our room. Coin operated Laundry was just next to our room the location was so beautiful and walkable to tourist spot. Would definitely be back if we visit again!

Very welcoming, and was there to say goodbye to us as well. Flat is bigger than any that we stayed in Japan, 2 separate rooms in opposite sides of the apartment with middle part being living room and the kitchen. It definitely exceeded our expectations as family, and was worth the price.

One of my best accommodations ever. Traditional Ryokan room with little garden , equipped and decorated with so much care. Kayoko was an excellent host and a lovely person. Prepared every day an amazing Japanese breakfast .Every day something different to taste! Very good location, short walk to Karasuma Oike Subway station and Nijo castle. Highly recommended .

The hosts were very friendly and helpful and kind to our children; they made the stay feel like a family visit. We loved the big room with comfy beds and a tatami breakfast area. We also liked the onsen-style private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and different every day. The location was in a small quiet street close to the bus- and train station, and for the people with more stamina even within walking distance of the old town and central shopping areas.
