We had a great stay.

Hasedera temple is just a 5 mins walk away. The owner and stuff were very nice and accommodating, they kept our luggage while we were sightseeing. Futon was beyond comfortable, we had the best sleep so far.

Location, staff, kitchen/common area and the private onsen. Parking lot was plenty. The hostess let us check-in early even though we arrived relatively early. The rooms were traditional style with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

His English is really good and his sense of humour even better. His knowledge of the area and itinerary suggestions worked very well for us. We’d highly recommend the local izakaya 800m from his place.
