Also the dining experience, both the dinner and also breakfast (with add cost) are amazing and worth the price!! The menus are mostly simple but everything taste good that we don't need to go to convinience store or restaurants/cafe. Staffs are super kind and most of them speaks english very well. One lovely lady offer us free shuttle to bus stop to hakonemoto (not the regular route to gora station). We forget to ask her name but thank you so much! And other staffs too, you all are doing great, thank you ♡♡♡

We had dinner in the common kitchen a couple of times and it was lovely. Lastly, the staff was just the NICEST we have ever met! They went above and beyond to help us with absolutely everything! Even storing one bag while we were away from Tokyo for a few days since we were coming back to the hotel. I can't recommend this hotel enough!!

The facility is well curated in every detail and it was great value for money. But what I loved the most was our host: she went above and beyond to help us with all our questions and was extremely supportive when on the checkout morning I was feeling unwell.

Host is extremely friendly and ready to suggest local restaurants and other places to go. Large room was comfortable and AC worked good. Loved the little onsen bath. The location was beautiful, hidden off the historic road lined by giant cedar trees.
