Also the gym of the high school is open to use :) Clean toilets and showers!

We enjoyed the onsen with wonderful mountain and sea views as well as an ice cream gift after bathing! The host allowed us to drop off our luggae early which freed us to stroll around the temple nearby and the rest of Atami, all of the host’s recommendations! My friends and I used the common area often as it was filled with natural light and windows across the entire span of the room. The sunrise and sunset were beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!

They were keen to help with anything we needed and were proactive on helping us with our travel plans. This recently renovated guest house is located 40 km from Fuji-Q Highland and 28 km from Lake Shojiko. The guest house features family rooms. Spacious, bright and clean apartment. Nice bathroom with separated toilet. Glimpse of Mt Fuji from the 1st floor apartment window. We only spent one night but found this to be the best value option in Kofu. Self check in was a multi step process as some of the reviews say buy it's ok if you follow the instructions in the right order. Have fun with it!
