At the end of our Japanese adventure we were weighed down with more luggage than when we arrived, and the owner was kind enough to pick us up at the train station by car. The accommodations were beautiful with a spectacular view of Mt. Fuji. The rooms were very cozy, ours even had a large TV. There are two toilets and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. It tends to be busier when there are more guests, but fortunately everyone respects the curfew. The guests very willingly and voluntarily transported us into town the next day, for which we thank them very much. The accommodation was right next to the konbini so a real win.

A beautifully presented Japanese style house in a very convenient spot. We were given a very warm welcome by the owner on arrival and everything we needed to know for our stay was shared. The home was very quiet and well equipped - complimentary tea, coffee and spring water from the Matsumoto well just across the street. We enjoyed the views from the balcony over the river and beyond. It was great to have use of the kitchen and dining/sitting room. If you are reading this then don’t hesitate to book this accommodation.

Exceptional kindness and hospitality, the owner is very knowledgeable about the region and is always ready to share many recommendations for activities and good places to visit. Not only is the guest house absolutely beautiful, but the host was extremely helpful and hospitable which made this stay the best we had during our Japan trip. He drove us to Magome so that we managed to complete the Nakasendo trail just in time before the last bus departed. He also made a dinner reservation for us and drove us to an Onigiri restaurant for breakfast. We had a great stay!

We really love this cosy place, once we stepped out of our room we were greeted with nice coffee aroma. it was relaxing to sit by the large window overlooking the mountains and snowfall. Great hospitality and really felt welcomed by the hosts. Room was warm and clean. Simple but spacious. Shower was good, hot water was consistent. Everything was perfect!
