He prepared delicious breakfast dishes for me, and even had my clothes ironed. You definitely want to stay at this place. Plus it’s spotlessly clean!

Very comfortable and clean room in a traditional style located in the Bedouin village less than 3 kilometers from Petra’s main entrance and 150 meters from the back entrance. The hosts, a lovely local family, were extremely nice and welcoming. They were happy to chat, gave us useful information and cooked delicious dinners for us when we came back from visiting the sites. It was a great pleasure to stay with them and we really enjoyed their company and warm hospitality.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk and a shared kitchen for guests. For a one-night stop in Dana this is a perfectly good budget option. I informed the staff that I planned to leave at about 7 am, and they kindly agreed to serve breakfast earlier than usual. Actually, I was ready to leave about 6:30, and they still prepared a simple but adequate breakfast for me. Much appreciated!

They also propose lunch box if you need. The rooms are big and clean. The location is very good, near the entrance of Petra , there is many convenients stores and restaurants around.
