This is a great location, in a really beautiful part of Venice that is close to a Vaporetto stop and lots of lovely independent restaurants and bars. The hosts, Luca, Luca and Vivianna were welcoming, fun and supportive of making our stay as full and as comfortable as possible. We also appreciated the simplicity of the rooms and just being able to get on with our stay.

Room was beautiful, clean, available for us earlier as regular check-in and millions of thanks for that. There was sufficient space, each of us got 3 towels, which is very important when we travel with hand-luggage only. Air conditioning great, location perfect, 10min walking from train station. Main tourist attractions 15-20min walking. We did not use public transport at all, however bus stop is right in front of doors. We definitely recommend.

It is nice amazing location for tourist and easy to get to. The staff is very friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The room is very nice and has everything that you need. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful traditional design. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. For us, the best part was the location, right by the river — it was beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend this place!

Our room (the colorful one with the balcony) was a cozy haven: spotless, air-conditioned bliss with a plush king bed that we melted into after long days of wandering. The modern touches—like the LCD TV, mini-fridge stocked with local treats, and free WiFi—blended seamlessly with the antique furniture and soft, inviting decor. That balcony overlooking the quiet street? It was our private perch for morning coffees, watching the world wake up in true Italian style. And oh, the breakfast! A delightful daily buffet of fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, yogurt, cheeses, and steaming hot espresso—served in a sunlit room that felt like a personal café. It fueled us perfectly for adventures, and they even packed us gourmet to-go bags for our train day.
