Il Gabellota is a large and beautiful place, tranquil and full of trees and lovely corners in which to relax. Easy access and parking. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. We stayed in 2 trulli which was a real experience! The combination of the original stonework and arched ceilings, and the modern facilities, was lovely. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette. Breakfast was great.

The proprety was nice, near the famous Trulli's of Alberobello, with newly refurbished room, very comfortable bed and clean towels. The room is spacious and very very clean, also the bathroom. I highly recommend this property, you will feel as in your home. We asked for an early check in, and thanks to the owners we took our room before the scheduled time. Father of Mariella who accomodated us is a really nice, friendly pearson, we enjoyed the conversations with him. He helped us with some usefull informations, also Mariella sent us some suggestions via whatss app. Thanks a lot for everything.

We booked two rooms at Masseria Macchia. The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionaly clean and stylish. Flora our host made sure we had a wonderful stay and was very helpful. If you decide to visit this property make sure to take Flora's suggestions on local restaurants. An ideal location to visit attractions due south of Bari. 1.5 hours from Bari, Matera and Otranto. Other attractions even closer. A personal mode of transport is essential but plenty of parking space at the property.
