It was clean, had all the facilites that we needed, the room is just like in the pictures. The room was always clean, and we even got fresh towels daily. There was crackers and wine in the room that we drank. There was no contact with the staff or the employees and we could check in at very very late because we didn't needed to meet. It was very nice that its a flexible place

Absolutely beautiful furniture that pays respect to the historical foundations of the building. It’s amazingly located and comfortable. My mother and I had a wonderful (though short!) stay.

Walking distance to the center of Montepulciano, around 8-10 minutes I’d say. Host was available for questions. Ac worked well for heating.
