Communication was excellent before and during my stay. The access process with a code is very straightforward and means that you can’t lose a key/card or lock yourself out. Just make sure to memorise the code! The apartment is centrally located and close to all tourist attractions in Turin. It is on a street with a tram but I really didn’t hear it much of it at all. The room is in a beautiful, old, historical building which was so charming and makes you feel like you are living like a local! The area felt very safe which is so important to me as a solo female traveller. The room itself has been renovated while still retaining the original charm. It was spacious and was just the right temperature. The bed was comfortable and it’s such a treat to have a little balcony! The fridge and microwave is much appreciated! The shower was very good and all towels in the bathroom were clean, perfectly white and really soft. The thing that surprised me the most was that I wasn’t expecting it to be cleaned at all during my stay as most apartment style lettings are not usually cleaned during a short stay in my experience. Therefore it was the most pleasant surprise to return to the room after the first day and see how well it had been cleaned and tidied! The floor had been mopped and everything. Immaculate! I was so impressed with the housekeeping every day. They even replaced the fresh drinking water in the fridge each day. There is a good supermarket downstairs which was really handy. Highly recommend Urban Relais. Grazie!

Perfectly comfortable and exactly at the centre, surrounded by the most famous museums. Who wants to go shopping like us is perfect too! Not far to Primark, the bus is just a few meters away and easy to use, and it was free, too. I found it ideal for couples because it feels very romantic, even the breakfast in the room is excellent! I paid a bit more because I wanted to feel safe as I went with my daughter, and this place perfectly met my expectations, and I really slept amazingly! The beds are extremely comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked very well. In fact, it was so cold that at times, we had to switch it off! The hosts are amazing. She welcomed us at all times with a great smile and accommodated us as they could! Thank you so much you are amazing!!

The staff were so nice, and they prepared breakfast for us 45 minutes before the official time cause we had a train to catch. The room is gorgeous, so tastefully decorated and the bathroom is wonderful. Very close to the train station

I had an excellent stay at Bligny Zero by Apartments in Turin! The apartment is modern, spotless, and very well equipped, making it perfect for both short and long stays. The location is fantastic — close to public transport, great cafés, and the vibrant city center, yet the area feels peaceful and safe.

The house is charming, state of the art, centrally located, easy to reach by car and offers all the comforts one can wish for. Francesca welcomed us so warmly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and all things to explore in the area. We couldn't have asked for anything more and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Asilo. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the village of Barolo. Bonus: there is even gated parking and a charger for EVs!

A gorgeous tucked away old farm. So impressed with our welcome and the place itself. We are a family of 5 and were all well accommodated. Gorgeous property and would definitely come back. The showers were amazing!!
