This is by far the best hotel experience ever. The location is right on the Duomo, the rooms are super in terms of size and modern furniture, the hotel team is amazing. The hotel manager Abdallah was beyond helpful. He upgraded our room upon arrival and was always there to help us with anything we needed. He even took our bags straight to the taxi when departing. This manager is super professional and didnt meet such a professional manager like him before.

The room and bathroom are very spacious, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. There is a small fridge, kettle, coffee machine and capsules in the room. The heating system works very well. There is also air conditioning. There is hot water and a rain shower in the bathroom 24 hours a day and the strength of the water is very good. There is no inconsistency in the hot and cold water settings that I have encountered in many places. In addition, I would like to thank Antonio for the water, tea and complimentary cakes. I also thank him for the information about the many cafes, restaurants and markets close to our location. You can enter the building and the room with a password and this is very safe. If we come to Milan, we would love to stay again.
