No stress fro finding a free parking lot and figuring out for how long you can leave your car there and how much that would cost etc... Communication with the host was suoer easy and smooth. We even met him when we left and he is a very cool, kind and hospital guy. We can highly recommend this room for any couple if you plan to stay in La Spezia.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the main station and the city center. Our host Laura was very kind and helpful, responding quickly to all of our questions and needs. Check-in was quick and simple and after our check-out we were allowed to leave our bags in the locked hallway of the apartments. We will gladly come back!
