Via Condotti is 2 km from the guest house and Piazza di Spagna is 2.4 km away. I’m very happy with my choice of hotel. Location was perfect - just a few minutes walk to the Trevi fountain, but there weren’t disturbing outside noises at all. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely with good coffee. Everything about this place just worked, so that we could fully concentrate on amazing city of Rome.

Jeric could not have been more special and attentive host, he gave us excellent recommendations and was on top of everything we needed including our arrival. The room and bathroom were super spacious, the air conditioning worked wonderful and everything was within walking distance without having to be in a location full of tourists. The cleaning stuff left us some local tasty snacks and mineral water complimentary on a daily basis. It was sweet. The hotel is 5 minutes by walk from Colosseum. There are bus and metro station within 2 minutes walk.

I don't understand Italian, so if I had any questions, she would use a translator to help me. Also, the son went out of his way to help me set up the TV, which was difficult for the mother to handle. In any case, thanks to this hotel, I was able to enjoy my stay in Rome for 8 days comfortably.
