Marta and Viviane was great hosts. Very helpful with all kinds of questions and needs. The breakfast was super nice and the house all we needed, though approximate 20 min walk from city and the lake. A very nice stay!

I could not recommend this place enough to stay if you are coming to Lake Como. Ideally located, you can walk 5 minutes to the train station and easily get a train two stops to Varenna and then travel around from there. The owners are both very friendly and helpful - they allowed us to check in early when we arrived. Our train back to Lecco was cancelled when we were leaving and the owners drove us to Lecco with no charge! The Rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The room design is modern and very comfortable, and they are cleaned each day. It is genuinely fantastic for the price you pay. We ate in the hotels restaurant on our last night and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

The room was very beautifully decorated, modern and with taste. Everything was clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable, the location was perfect and the host was friendly and professional. I highly recommend if you are visiting Como.

Everything. From the location to the facilities, Patricia made everything so wonderful. Amazing close by restaurants within walking distance, pizza take away, and amazing breakfast prepared by the host. I cannot recommend this place enough and wish I could stay longer. Hope to see you again soon.
