Very clean, nicely decorated, cleaned during the day. Location- perfect close everywhere. Breakfast- perfect. Erika (the owner) - perfect ++. One of the nicest and most sympathetic person I’ve met in Italy. Very helpful.

The room was very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the shower, tv (with Netflix) and air-conditioning all worked well, which made for a really comfortable stay. The location is great as it's a one minute walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

We couldn’t have asked for a better host or property. Sabrina was so kind and helpful and even helped us get to the train station on our way home. The room was very clean, bright, quiet and spacious for the two of us. The bed was comfortable too. The location is excellent just 2 minute walk from the port and only a 20 minute walk to a public beach. There was also Bar Centrale next door which was great for breakfast. We can’t fault the property at all and we’d love to stay here if we came back to Porto Ercole again. Grazie Mille Sabrina 😊😊
