Very special location, part of the church being restored by the owner is now the guest house. The atmosphere is fantastic. The host is very friendly and told us the immensely interesting history of the place. There were only two of us staying in the "refugio" that night, but we had a wonderful hearty breakfast. The guesthouse is in a quiet part of town, but a short walk took us easily into the city centre. Cividale del Fruili is well worth the walk. There is a good restaurant nearby.

Excellent location - close to city center, but in quiet place, fantastic view to the lake. Clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment. Great host Lorena, takes care of guests and creates very warm and hospitable atmosphere. I’d love to come back.

We came for 3 nights. It's hard to imagine a better place in Trieste. Great location close to the seaside promenade and not far from the city center. A wonderful, hospitable host. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The area is very quiet and safe. An additional advantage is the history of this place. The old medical wine factory has been turned into a cozy hotel. There are many objects on site reminding the history of this villa.

Great location in a quiet street a short walk from the Arena. Apartment was comfortable, has charming character with an attractive sitting room and the host was very helpful. Our group was two couples and that worked very well with room to spare. Would gladly return.

Good communication with the host, who was lovely. The building has a lot of charm, like from a film. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, well equipped, in a great location-a lot of places serving delicious food and drinks around, easy access to public transport(about 30 mins away from city centre, a bit less if you drive),a supermarket nearby. At the same time quiet enough if you just fancy a night in. Street parking is available, we never had issues finding a space.

Close your eyes and dream up the perfect place in Italy. If you want such a place, it's A Casa di Minola. Great place, quiet, charming, you have everything you need to relax. Mrs. Hostess is a textbook example of how a perfectly run guesthouse looks like. She answered all our questions about places worth seeing, vineyards, or places to shop for Italian specialties. Thank you and we recommend it, and every student of tourism should see what a perfectly run pension looks like.
