A very well appointed apartment very centrally located and close to free parking. All communication with the owner was clear and prompt. Breakfast was included. Lots of attention to detail - it was a delight to return to our room and see little candles alight on the breakfast tables when you passed the dining room at night.

Location was excellent. Room was beautifully furnished, comfortable room with fridge, nice furniture and lovely wash room. Kitchenette was well stocked with coffee, hot and cold water and area to eat food.

Professional and friendly staff helped make our stay even more enjoyable. The property is in a perfect spot in the center of the historic part of town. The locanda is beautifully restructured, the room was perfect for our needs. We had lunch and dinner in their restaurant, the food was delicious. Would definitely come back!

This is a wonderful place to stay! The building is one of the historic guesthouses of the church of San Vitale which is directly opposite. The interiors are comfortable and have a beautiful simple style, the rooms are clean and modern. There is a gorgeous quiet courtyard below with a fountain where you can have an aperitivo - prosecco, campari and soft drinks and little snacks are made available free for the guests every evening which is a wonderful touch. Considering what a wonderful place and location it is the price is extremely good! We had a wonderful special stay for our 15th anniversary and will certainly come back again.

Luxury Suites Collection - Milano 33 is situated in Riccione, 10 km from Rimini. Every room at this guest house is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV.

Excellent location in center of Riccione. Close to restaurants, bars, shops. The beach is next to the apartment. Excellent sea view from the living room balcony and side sea view from the bedroom balcony. The living room balcony is big and can accommodate up to 6 persons with a table and a couch. Both rooms have big TV. All the necessary appliances and cooking tools are provided. The underground parking was provided by the host and is about 200-300 meters away and is 10 euro/day. If you travel by car is absolutely necessary.
