We stayed for 2 nights in room N1 on the ground floor, with two twin beds and one bunk bed. Everything is spotlessly clean, quiet and good. I was a bit worried about sharing situation, but with 2 showers and 3 toilets for 7 bedrooms, we had no problems. Kitchen has everything you can possibly want for breakfast and more: eggs to cook your own style, cheese sreads, cold cuts, cereal, jams and peanut butter, tea, coffee, fruit, soda, juices... We had a volcano hike in the morning and the blue lagoon in the evening. It was a perfect combo! Grindavik has Netto supermarket and a couple of nice eateries - we had very nice fish&chips and burgers at Papa's. Hopsnes is only 10 min drive from the guesthouse and is an amazing volcanic peninsula with an orange lighthouse and rusty ship wrecks - totally out of this world and highly recommended.

The guest house has family rooms. What a lovely and charming little house! We just had a short night before an early flight, but we would have loved to spend more time there as it was really cosy.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and furnished with great attention to detail. When I broke the lock of the main door and locked myself out of my room the next morning, Hanna Maria and her husband were quick to help. They were kind and very generous hosts. Big recommendation!

Keflavik International Airport is 20 km away. Everything was clean and comfortable to stay. We will recommend this place to everyone. Very closed by Blue Lagoon, volcano for hiking.
