I stayed for a week. It was like a home away from home. The owners were very caring; they made sure my every need was met with love. The staff were kind and happy, suggesting that they were looked after well. The place was clean, close to everything you need, a quiet oasis, it had a beautiful organic garden, and great mountain views. What more could one ask for?

Airport transportation perfekt. Beautiful rooms, not only warm but hot (!) showers, comfy beds, very good and rich breakfast! Quiet at night. City center is in walking distance. Once we enjoyed dinner on site, which was delicious. We travelled individually without pre-booked tour, so we had to organize a lot on site. The host helped us brilliantly with this. We could not have imagined anything better. Many thanks again for the wonderful time and your help with our organization!

It's a perfect hideaway in the middle of busy Leh. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a nice view into the garden. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. Best service from the staff and the owner was so Friendly and guided us the best route for our trip , food was just like home in affordable price and very helpful in every aspect, we had to stay another night in leh because we got late for our route , and they managed everything in just one call and we checked in 2.00 am in night and they still didn't charged us extra for that , and managed our dinner in that late night , also they have such a beautiful rooms with best mountain views , i would recommend everyone if you are going to leh and looking for a stay , must visit here once , you will feel like your own home .

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Sponbo guest house, not just because of the beautiful surroundings, but because of the incredibly kind and generous people who run it, especially Mr Norbu. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, especially when we struggled a bit with the high altitude. They offered advice, care, and practical help for acclimatisation, which made a huge difference in our experience. Their knowledge of the area and genuine concern for our well-being was deeply appreciated. The hospitality here is from the heart….. warm conversations, delicious food, and a real sense of being looked after. This place isn’t just a guest house; it’s a haven for travelers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place to feel at home.
