Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Room had all the basic amenities and more..ex tea bags, electric kettle, toiletries. Wifi and AC worked great. It also had a shared drawing/lounge room and kitchen that we could use.

The beach is 5 mins walking distance and there are many restaurants in walking distance. Abusalama and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We could even call and order food which they made for us. Our breakfast was included and tasted delicious. And we even got a little christmas gift!

I hired an Activa for just Rs.250 per day. Calungute beach is very near. Baga is also very near. Lot of shops and eating options. Try breakfast buffet at Casa di Goa which is just 1 min walk from the property. The staff and the rooms were very good. Feels like home. Also they have good contacts for car. Just give a call to Vilas Pednekar. He will arrange everything. He is a very good person. We went for our Wife's birthday and he arranged everything and did not charge us a single penny. It was a great stay

We love everything. Rooms, hosts and location Quiet and calm place very close to the beach with nice view. Usually in India we sleep with earpluggs, it was the first place we did not need them. It was really very quiet location. Everyday house keeping, refrigerator in the room and any help you need. We spent there 8 night and it was perfect. Next time in Goa? Hilias Retreat for sure.

The location of his family guesthouse is perfect if you think to stay close to the airport (10min by taxi), the romm was very clean and quiet, with a kitchen as well, balcony and private bathroom with hot water. The bogmalo beach is only 5 minutes walking. We really appreciated our stay, thanks again Austin:)
