It was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for exploring Panajim, as well as other parts of Goa given it is close to the main bus and taxi stand.

The rooms are so clean and it has everything that we need. he gives us fresh towels evereyday and he cleans the room. if i want to describe in one word : fantastic stay

The property is situated as part of a lovely fine dining restaurant. The room was large,airy and very clean. The bathroom was modern with toiletries supplied. It’s in a fantastic location with the beach just a short walk away. Lots of cafes and bars to choose from just outside the hotel, however despite this it was still very peaceful at night. What stands out about this property is the host, Jack, and all the staff at the hotel. We’ve had regular communication with the host since booking. He was particularly kind when we realised we’d brought the key with us from the last hotel. He arranged for the key to be returned with no hassle on our part. The front door man and caretaker were extremely friendly and helpful. If we ever come to Candolim again I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and would totally recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay 😊

Absolutely everything was perfect here. The staff was so attentive, helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was varied and all the food delicious. Water bottles and soap are provided. The street is gorgious with old historical buildings and close to everything. Breakfast is very nice across the street and included. Last but not least, the owner is extremely helpful, gives tips on what to do and helps you in any way he can. Simply a warm and wonderful experience.
