Villa Khatun is a family run Guesthouse. It is set in Panjim 1.2 km from River Cruise and located away from noisy roads and close to a pharmacy, bakery, grocery store.

Please note there is no AC on this property as we have a traditional style tiled roof layout. It was very clean, comfy and cosy. Wi-fi was very good and patio was great for working, chilling. Panaji was also much nicer than we expected. Owner heled us with sim card registration, answeared all our questions, helped us with scooters.

The Panaji Kadamba Bus Station is just 800 metres away. the cleanest place we've stayed, comfy and nice room. the garden is absolutely wonderful, never seen so many bright plants on one place. location is handy, lots of good places to eat and drink right outside. owners and staff were very friendly and useful. good cat to boot!

The owner is extremely nice and helpful, and recommended several really nice places to eat. The location in the old quarter of Goa is also excellent.
