The homestay had a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature, which made the stay very relaxing. The host was welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Location was convenient and the view around the property was beautiful.

The staff are very kind. We had the opportunity to meet the owners, they are super nice and hospitable. Our conversations with everyone at Kollanoor were lovely. We had a great time. They also organized a bonfire and barbecue for the New Year's eve. We had unlimited food, drinks, music, dancing, fireworks.
I want to thank Mr. Manjunath for being helpful and welcoming. We did have an initial glitch regarding our booking but I have never seen anyone turn around an impression like people did at Kollanoor. Thank you for the food, for your kindness, for the beautiful view and location and most importantly, thank you for making us feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this place. I will visit again! :)

I had a luxurious stay with all the amenities i needed, and the service made it even more special. The polite place and the convenient location added to the overall positive experience.
Mind blowing service from the time of check in they took all the initiative measure to make our stay wonderfull special thanks for making our trip so easy and property managing person made sure all our requirements before the arrival.
My personal recommendation speaks highly of the property, and it’s great to hear i would return next time!

Excellent location and the room was dream like. Every detail in the room appeals to your asthetic side. If you like calm and secluded this is your heaven.
in the city but elevated so you get a nice view from balcony. close to bus stand, sunset view point and all food joints. host & caretaker were very nice people. host also suggested us his other property were we went to visit his coffee plantation
The location of this guest house and it's elevation is simply awesome with breathtaking views from common balcony, serene environment, well maintained guest house with sufficient space around. Floating on the Swing was simply mesmerising. Special mention to the caretaker Manju for his hospitality and the instant connect he makes with everyone. Owners were very nice in talking to us. Overall we had a very good experience at the guesthouse.
