Rothschild-Tel Aviv studio is an ABSOLUTE GEM. Joseph the owner is right nearby for any question big or small, so kind and accommodating. The studio is beautifully appointed with kitchenette, lovely balcony. Mine looked out onto foliage and quiet street. It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful the apartment is given its proximity to Rothschild (a stone’s throw). Groceries, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Walkable to Neve Tzedek, Nahalat Binyamin, Beach, Carmel market. (And for you Americans out there… I’ve never had such amazing hot water pressure anywhere in Israel ;)). You simply cannot go wrong at Rothschild Studios. Thank you for a beautiful stay. ❤️

Very nice and comfortable place! And rather ose to the start/finish of the Tel Aviv marathon, exactly what I was looking for!

Meir was a very kind and helpful host. We felt really comfortable in the hostel and many major destinations around Tel Aviv were reachable by foot or scooter. Although we had planned our stay only till Tuesday, due to the developing situation in Israel Meir was really friendly and invited us to stay as long as we needed. He called a meeting with all the guests to talk about the situation, give us more information, and see what everyone's plans now will be. Through this he managed to calm all the guests in this disastrous situation.

The seafront is a 5-minute walk from this property. It was affordable, clean, and comfortable. The owner of the hotel even cooked us an incredibly tasty Friday night dinner. He was very kind, and I would encourage anyone to stay at this property.

Stepping outside, you'll find a cozy terrace equipped with seating, a water machine, and a microwave, perfect for some outdoor relaxation. Last but not least, the hosts were incredibly gracious and responsive, ensuring a seamless stay from start to finish. Note that this is a boutique establishment, so there's no reception, but this was never an issue given the attentive service. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a unique and comfortable stay in Tel Aviv!
