Luxurious, large bedroom with a couple of comfortable chairs, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom with plush white towels and access to outside with a superb view over the harbour. An unexpected bonus was a good sized indoor heated pool with the same spectacular harbour views. I was able to do laps each morning. Also included a steam room. The artwork on the walls was worth a visit just to see those.

The family run An Portan Guesthouse is situated in Dún Chaoin on the edge of the Dingle Peninsula. The rooms at An Portan are all at ground floor level and are arranged in a courtyard style. The host is amazing, she made us feel very welcome and gave us some maps and guides of things we could do in the local area. Exceptional breakfasts, would highly recommend this B&B.

Breakfast was awesome and location too. We did walks along the Dingle Cliffs and the Lighthouse trail. Was beautiful and very quiet, not many other walkers except the locals. We loved it so much and stayed an extra night, (we were lucky there was a vacancy)
