This beautiful Victorian Guest House is set in Dublin’s prestigious D4 district. It offers en-suite rooms with free Wi-Fi. Everything, although I didn’t go anywhere but my room and washroom! From start to finish the staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth and no problems. Donnybrook Hall was quiet for sleeping and having Yoda (a stuffed animal!) in a window watching over the street was comforting lol my two travelling rubber ducks felt at home too. All areas I saw - room, hallways and washroom were very clean.

The property is near bus stops and luas. It’s clean and well maintained as well. They provide room slippers and bath robe, which is not common in same hotels with the same price range. Guests are welcomed as if they’re family. Refreshments are offered at the saloon, which includes coffee, juice and pastries baked fresh.

The award-winning Number 31 in Dublin is a guesthouse in a classical Georgian townhouse. St Stephen’s Green is a 5-minute walk away. Very nice location, close to the city centre yet quiet. Very cosy boutique vibe with attention to details. Very comfy bed. Was leaving early and the breakfast chef lady arrived half an hour before the breakfast starts so I could have breakfast. It was the best scramble eggs I’ve tried in my life!! Absolutely recommend.
