The location was very peaceful and quiet. The owners breed Connemara ponies, and were proud to show them to us.

Thankfully we managed to get streetside parking just beside the property. Host was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional, did not expect to eat such a hearty meal first thing in the morning.

Buttermilk Lodge offers self-catering apartments 5 minutes' walk from Clifden town centre, you can just park your car and easily walk to town. Everything was perfect! The location, the interior, the beds were so darn comfy :) a walk-in shower, shower gel and shampoo were provided, the kitchen with all its appliances were new and in absolute perfect conditions! Walk into town was like 10 minutes. Overall it was just perfect!

The apartment is cosy, decorated with lovely furniture and items. We went during new year and they had a Christmas tree set up! The view from the apartment is amazing as it's located in the connemara national park. Donna was super friendly and helpful during our stay, giving us traveling tips and everything we needed. Great apartment and great hosts. Will definitely recommend.

Arch Guest House offers bed and breakfast accommodation in the centre of Clifden. The B&B has a courtyard garden and free Wi-Fi access. The owners and staff amazing. They even offered to drop us off at beach and pick us up when we couldn't get taxi.
