Great location, very clean, great warm shower, easy access to two amazing waterfalls by walking, easy for pickup for your Rinjani summit. There are lots of homestay around but this family are so kind you won’t regret booking with them. The price both for accommodation and food is so good you want to stay longer. For those doing the Rinjani summit, I recommend staying one night before and after your trekking here so you get to explore and rest both. To great owner, both Addy and his kind wife, I never forget your kindness and hope to see you soon again.

This is my third time staying there. Cleanliness, order, and safety are what I liked most. Joseph and Veronica, the owners, are exceptional people. Kind, polite, friendly, honest, and always available to provide information and advice. They organize tours, taxis, and motorbike rentals at a fair price. The staff is also admirable, always cleaning and maintaining order. I recommend this hotel.

Unforgettable scenery and the views, these rooftops are just amazing. Very nice and helpful owner, nice food. You feel immersed into the real living jungle (monkeys come around) and rice field local life, so many walking routes to explore around. Also owners doggies are adorable and hot water in the shower too :)

It was so beautiful and the staff were so helpful and super friendly! We did the waterfall and monkey forest tour with Andi, and we can highly recommend it! He was so knowledgeable about everything and was able to answer all our questions. Plus, his English was very impressive and he also spoke a few phrases in German, which was cool. We had a great stay at Novia Guest House! Thank you!
