Very convenient location. It was far enough from the main road to have a quiet night despite the unavoidable call for prayer at 4am. There are a few local restaurants close by. The owner welcomed us cheerily and gave us very good advice. He was arranging and let us keep the room until we came back from Bromo. The water was hot and the room was clean.

This property in a rural location is a great place to relax after the busyness of the cities in Java. The rooms are huge and very comfortable, the staff are wonderful and friendly. The meals provided were the best I have eaten on this holiday. The pool area is very inviting and the pool is well maintained. I enjoyed walking in the plantation and seeing the local farmers at work. You can see Mount Ijen billowing smoke in the distance.

I stayed in the AC room and the room was huge! AC was well working and the room was clean. The family who runs the somestay is super friendly and helps with everything you need. I booked 2 nights but ended up extending and stayed 5 nights!
