We really enjoyed our stay and the family is super friendly and helpful. We also went on the Island trip with them which was also very nice. The BBQ lunch at the beach that they prepared was very good and the wife cooks very yummy. Banana pancakes for breakfast are also very good. The room was very clean and spacious.

Easy check in. A good restaurant just 100 meters away. The room was spacious with own bathroom and hot water. A nice small porch with a couple of chairs and a view over the beautiful village. The breakfast was great. Coffee or tea with fruits, omelette and pancakes. The owners are most friendly and speak English. A perfect stay for one or two nights to explore the area.

It’s simple but clean & comfortable. Paul & Leo were so incredible kind and sweet. Paul organized a trip to the 17 islands for all the guests in the homestay, which was a beautiful day out. I was feeling sick one night and they really took care of me. They kept checking on me to see if I was okay and made sure I was well taken care of. As a solo traveler this really has an impact on me when it happens. On my last night they invited me to eat with their family and it was the sweetest thing. It truly felt like home away from home. I would 100% stay here again and if you are planning to come to Riung this is the place to stay.

We really liked the Blue Parrot. We had a wonderful room, with a grat sunset view on a beautiful terrace all for us. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. We couldn't enjoy breakfast, as we left very early for a day trip to Komodo Island, but they provided us with a box for the day. The location is great on a hill just outside the main town, not more than 10 minutes walk to the town center. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The warm welcome from the hosts and view is really incredible. I wasn’t feeling too well and they really took care of me and when I forgot something in the room. The host made sure I got it after I left. I would come back 100%

Very clean (Eu standard). Jakie is amazimg guy. He help you to get really decent prices and organise better tour than you find in the "official" Park. You will see a lot of dragons for half of the price. He will get you everywhere, even bargain for you to find ceaper souvenirs. He helped me to buy a genuine dragon teeth-(rare to find) Many thanks and will came back.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean and there is a small seating area immediately outside the room on a tiled verandah where a lovely and filling breakfast is served. The aircon and mosquito net were both great. Most of all l received such a warm welcome from Tommy, his wife Chia and the grandparents who were all so friendly to me during my stay and helped me improve my Indonesian. Tommy was extremely helpful and kind - he went and got cold beer for me, gave me a few lifts, and organised a share car for me to Moni. I felt very happy and comfortable here and would come again. I stayed 3 nights in total Phone reception was good.

They welcomed us to their house, which is located in the centre of Moni. The house is lovely, clean and comfy rooms and with everything you need. They really helped us to organise transport, what to visit around the area and places to eat, drink and listen lo live music.
