Extremely kind and warm people , very helpful that make you feel like home and welcomed to the place. The rooms and generally all of the House are beautifully decorated , cozy , extremely clean. Definitely one of the prettiest rooms i have ever stayed in. From the Archontiko , you have the best view and you can see all of Volos , the sea and the land around it. 10/10 , definitely will visit again!!

I love staying here so much I doubled the nights I originally booked and still wish I had stayed longer. The rooms are fantastic and comfortable, new mattresses, exceptional high end bathrooms with high pressure hot showers. Nick the owner will help you with anything and everything you need, he is so kind and accommodating! Great location, sea view from my balcony, super close to the beach, hiking trails, great restaurants and a great bakery.
