Great place to relax and explore this part of Greece. One day we dedicated to the ancient landmarks related to the god Zeus, which are in close proximity, within walking distance. The next day we took a walk to Mount Olympus, 15 min. by car. The next two days we spent the afternoons on the beach, 10 minutes by car.

Lovely traditional mountain village with small rocky streets, full of tavernas with traditional Greek food and small shops. Clean room, wellcoming hosts and lovely homemade breakfast, different every day. The rooms are traditional decorated and we loved so much. I wish I could stay forever. Definetelly recommended, but please, keep in mind, you have to walk and some streets needs a bit of effort to climb. The parking is free, but is outside of the village, you need to walk 5-10 min to reach the attraction points. We went in July, during a heatwave and it was a bit difficult to find our breath during afternoon, but in the evening is a nice cold brize coming from the sea. The beach is at 10-15 min by car, the closest one is in Platamonas. I definetelly come back with the first occasion.
