The hotel is a fully renovated traditional house in the old part of the town just on the shore of the lake. It is cozy, comfortable and very very beautiful. You feel like you are back in time but you have all the conveniences of the modern world. The breakfast was excellent and the staff and the owner very kind, nice, friendly and helpful ! I definitely recommend!

The house and especially the garden are both very beautiful. The kitchen even though it's a shared one, is very proffesional and handy to cook into. Has everything you need. The room is same as on the pictures. Clean and smells nice. The toilet is clean. Beds are comfortable. The host was very polite and helpful.

Beautifully renovated neoclassical house in the heart of the city. The room was big, heating worked like a charm, the bathroom was super nice and it had a few commodities extra, such as kettle, tea and coffee. Manager was kind enough to remove his own vehicle so we could park, which I greatly appreciated.

You wake up smelling a good aroma of cleanly cooked and beautifully served food. It also has fantastic pie. The hotel is a Boutique, positioned in an excellent location, with sun, greenery, and clean, fresh air. Excellent communication and location. Above all, tranquility and a structure with curated architecture, where everything is in the right place. We enjoyed the hospitality and communication with the owners. We greatly appreciated their kindness and service. We will come back again and we highly recommend this hotel.

The guesthouse is built in a traditional style using stone and wood, giving the building a unique character and a warm atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious, with beautiful rustic furniture and comfortable beds. Amazing view to the lake from our balcony! Delicious breakfast. Excellent wifi. The village is very quiet and the location is ideal to visit the town of Kastoria and many other beautiful places in the surrounding mountains. The host is very kind and made us feel welcome. He also gave us many useful tips and ideas for places to visit around the area. Family friendly. We will definitely return!
