They gave apricots from the tree at the hotel & free delicious cake too baked fresh by a lady there! great hospitality as the owner took me to port to drop me off after my stay (I didn’t realise I could have gotten picked up too at the port on arrival but I didn’t see the msg lol) . great views and also close to shops and bars restaurants!

The rooms are decorated in the traditional Cycladic style with a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. Each is equipped with flat-screen TV, air conditioning, safety deposit box, coffee making facilities and refrigerator. Guests have free Wi-Fi access. Everything was perfect. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Our room was stunning, with a beautiful balcony offering an incredible view of the sea. The homemade marmalades and local honey were absolutely delicious, adding a delightful touch to our stay.

The simply furnished rooms at the Avra Pension have panoramic views over the Aegean Sea from their private balcony. They are air-conditioned and include an LCD TV and a fridge. Slippers and a hairdryer can be found in the private bathroom. We received a warm welcome and the lady knew it was our honeymoon trip so she accommodated us in the best way possible. Everything was so great. Port was 3 minutes walking from the hotel and you could easily walk into the car rentals in case you wanted to rent a car.

Markos village is located in Ios Town, in the heart of nightlife and 5 minutes by bus to Mylopotas beach and port. It is traditionally built and offers panoramic views of the scenic town. Guests can enjoy a drink at the bar next to the swimming pool. Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Special thanks for the transport from and to the port. The owner of the hotel and his family are wonderful and kind people, we were very pleased to meet them
