Village Twins is run by a lovely local family (twin brothers, their wife’s and son). The owners were extraordinary kind we felt very much welcomed, almost part of the family. Rooms were cleaned every day, new towels were also provided and the owners kept a close eye on the noise level at the hotel. What’s left to say: Village twins is located right in the centre of IOS. Restaurants, bars, beaches, supermarkets and car rentals are in walking distance. If you are looking for an authentic stay on the cycladic island Ios, Village Twins should be your choice.

Situated in a stunning location at the end of Mylopotas beach. Psili Ammos offer sea views with the famous Ios sunset. The rooms are decorated in the traditional Cycladic style with a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. Each is equipped with flat-screen TV, air conditioning, safety deposit box, coffee making facilities and refrigerator. Guests have free Wi-Fi access. Everything was perfect. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Our room was stunning, with a beautiful balcony offering an incredible view of the sea. The homemade marmalades and local honey were absolutely delicious, adding a delightful touch to our stay.

The simply furnished rooms at the Avra Pension have panoramic views over the Aegean Sea from their private balcony. They are air-conditioned and include an LCD TV and a fridge. Slippers and a hairdryer can be found in the private bathroom. It was very clean, great location near the port and the bus stop and the hotel staff was excellent

Beautifully situated beside Yialos beach and the port of Ios, the family-run Galini Pension features a sun terrace with Aegean Sea views. Set amidst a lush garden with bougainvilleas, the property offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi. We spent a few wonderful days at Galini Pension and couldn’t be happier. The hotel is located close to the port — perfect if you’re arriving by ferry — and they offer private parking, which is a big plus if you plan to rent a car and explore the island. The hosts are incredibly kind and always ready to help, offering great recommendations on what to see and where to go. We had a wonderful room — the window opened to a blooming bougainvillea tree, and when the wind blew, petals would float right into the room. We also had a lovely balcony with a small table and chairs, where we enjoyed relaxing and watching the sea. Everything was very clean, cozy, and beautiful. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away — quiet, sandy, with clear water and no waves. There are also many great restaurants nearby. If you’re looking for a place that’s simple, warm, and full of heart — I highly recommend it

Markos village is located in Ios Town, in the heart of nightlife and 5 minutes by bus to Mylopotas beach and port. It is traditionally built and offers panoramic views of the scenic town. Guests can enjoy a drink at the bar next to the swimming pool. Excellent stay and welcome, the managers were super nice !
