The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Giorgos was exceptionally kind and helpful, always available to assist with anything we required. The price was very reasonable. Although the property didn’t have a balcony or direct views, its location was ideal — just a short two-minute walk from the port, where we enjoyed beautiful scenery and wonderful cafés and bars. We also dined at Psaropoula Seafood Tavern, where the food was outstanding and the portions generous, especially for the price. We are very thankful for the hospitality and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Located within 500 metres of Avlaki Beach and 70 metres of George Kountouriotis Manor, Onar Hydra provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hydra. The property features mountain and inner courtyard views, and is 200 metres from Hydra Port. The guest house features sea views and a sun terrace. Everything! The location, the view, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious and cleaned on a daily basis. We received clear directions and videos on how to get there via whatsapp, so everything was well organised. Yes, there are steps up to the property, but we didn’t mind them at all., definitely worth it to have those views and beautiful accommodation. Unfortunately, we had to make a quick trip to the hospital, but Matina (the host), popped in while we were in there, to check we were ok. She really was amazing. Thank you, Matina. Can’t wait to go back to Onar Hydra again next year!

With respect to the local architecture, the stone-built Nereids Guesthouse enjoys views of the Saronic Gulf and Hydra Town from its furnished terraces. It consists of elegantly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi. Beautiful room inside a villa. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The location is great and you can easily walk around Hydra from here. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the place from the port which is a big plus in Hydra as some places can be quite far and uphill. The place also had a nice terrace where I could chill at any time and enjoy the beautiful views.

A small balcony overhanging the walkway at the front of the building, provided a small view to the harbour and let in the pleasant sounds of harbour life, without disturbing my sleep at night.
