With respect to the local architecture, the stone-built Nereids Guesthouse enjoys views of the Saronic Gulf and Hydra Town from its furnished terraces. It consists of elegantly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi. We really enjoyed spending our vacation at nereids! It’s beautiful, with friendly staff and with a wonderful view of the city and harbor. It’s at the end of town so nice and quiet but still very close to centre and swimming.

The view from the balcony was amazing, also the lounge are on the balcony is comfortable and pretty. The bathroom was like brand new, with all the needed toiletries. The bed was comfortable. AC and mini fridge to cool the drinks. There also a garden area, nicely decorated. The host she was very nice and helpful. She allowed us to leave our bags and even access the public bathroom/shower after our check out to continue explore the island until our ferry appointment.

It came equipped with a coffee maker, cups, plates, cutlery, fridge, safe, and even an iron. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The location is excellent—this was my second time in Hydra, and I truly appreciated that the accommodation is NOT up on the hill and just a 7-minute walk from the port. The host, Ioanna, was absolutely lovely. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay on this otherwise pricey island in such a cozy place at a very reasonable price!
