The staff helped us to get a transfer that was very kind to wait us even after a delay in our flight and an extra wait time as we had to deal with baggage loss. They waited for us very kindly and prepared the room with so much love. They left us beers and an olive past for our arrival, much appreciated after more than 17hours flying.
