The room was very clean and comfortable but for 4 adults it was a bit tight. After we returned the car rental Nikolia very accommodating about setting up their preferred taxi driver and he was very prompt making it very convenient for us. Nikolia communicated everything very well and was so helpful.

Was closed to the center, very clean and nice place to stay, my room was just perfect, i loved that I had a table outside, I had a nice welcome from the owner and her daughter, they give me all the information about the town or what to do. When I leave because I had my flight at midnight and I left my luggage’s at the pension, I wanted to do a shower just before the airport so they give me a room to get ready, i really recommend this pension because you will feel like home! ❤️

Gianna Suites is built in the traditional style of Santorini Island and offers comfortable rooms with private balconies and flat-screen, satellite TV. Gianna Suites was easily walkable from both Fira and Firostefani but was located on a side street off the other side of the main road and therefore was quiet and peaceful, with lovely views out to the sea and flatter areas of Santorini. So it was also easily walkable to those areas as well. I especially loved the little private balcony which was warm and sunny and brought refreshing air inside. The hosts were exceptionally engaging and welcoming, offering a genuine sense of hospitality and organising tour and trip arrangements with sincere helpfulness. The drivers were also very engaging and genuine. Santorini, as a whole, treats visitors with great politeness. As an older, solo traveller, I felt safe and respected. I greatly appreciated their cheerful and honest responses, and also the self-respect and respect for Santorini that they showed. I value the authenticity which greeted me.

The staff at Amfiliki were extremely helpful and kind, We stayed there twice! it is such a great place, with a fabulous taverna-type restaurant. The wait-staff even explain the philosophy of their food before you order, which is charming and helpful. The view from the terrace restaurant is amazing, if you are clever enough to book early, you can get a table at the edge of the terrace and see the whole bay laid out before you! We certainly will consider returning, and maybe even bring some friends with us.

A car rental service is available at the guest house. The location is superb, right at the port. The owners are incredibly nice people and hard at work to give you a good experience. It is a family property that goes back over 100 years, I am told. It has the feel of a very old place and that may turn some people off. But it was no issue for us. We loved being here and having some wonderful conversations with the owners. They are very good people!
