There are only few rooms and every room has private entrance. I absolutely enjoyed the feeling of being the only one in the property ( which is not true, but you barely see or hear anyone else. The town is 15 minutes walk down the hill with plenty of nice restaurants and an impressive shopping street. Overall i can’t recommend Aegina or Nikolaou residence enough. Like in the Michelin guide - three stars, the place is worth the trip by itself.

Everything was perfect. It's located 10min by foot from the port and the city center, surrounded by beaches and pine trees. The host is very, very nice and helpful. The place was just refurbished and is very nicley decorated. Everything is fresh and clean. Will go here again if I return to Aegina. Strongly recommend!

We loved the room, the cleaning lady is a sweetheart so is the owner and she did an amazing job cleaning the room. The colors of decoration were beautiful and the entire experience was amazing! Just a few metres from the rocky beach, Perdika Mare Guesthouse is located at the fish village of Perdika in Aegina. It offers a limited hours and days reception and daily cleaning. Nice clean room with a fantastic view. Right next to the ocean with beach chairs and steps down to the water.

Quiet, comfortable family pension, 10 minutes walk from the center. The host is helpful, offered daily cleaning, which we did not ask for, because the whole house is very clean. Towels were changed every day, and we got a complete change of bed linen on the third day.
