A lot of small beaches nearby if you walk by foot, restaurants too. The hotel is classy, with clean, bright rooms and good interior. The breakfast is great too. The owners are very pleasant and helpful, true hosts! Overall we are very satisfied and we will be coming back to this place.

There are only few rooms and every room has private entrance. I absolutely enjoyed the feeling of being the only one in the property ( which is not true, but you barely see or hear anyone else. The town is 15 minutes walk down the hill with plenty of nice restaurants and an impressive shopping street. Overall i can’t recommend Aegina or Nikolaou residence enough. Like in the Michelin guide - three stars, the place is worth the trip by itself.

Everything, the room was really comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The compound is 1 minute from the beach and you can walk along there to the town in 5 minutes. There were friendly cats around. The owner was very helpful, friendly and responsive.

Just a few metres from the rocky beach, Perdika Mare Guesthouse is located at the fish village of Perdika in Aegina. It offers a limited hours and days reception and daily cleaning. The location was incredibly peaceful, with the sea just a few steps away, whispering to you, and a stunning sunset that repeated itself day after day.

The house is simple and nice, adequate space, kitchen is well equipped. In some previous reviews I saw comments about leak on shower floors, hard beds. During our stay we did not have problems with shower, it is very reasonable. Beds are on the firm side and comfortable, just the way I like it. Really enjoyed breakfasts in the terrace. Area is quiet residential neighbourhood.
