The place is great. The metro is in good distance, room was clean and the whole place is tidy yet cosy. Comunication with owner was very fast and he helped us with everything. Definitely would recommend.

The owner is very kind and almost always available on WhatsApp, also for our request he provided a room with two separate beds. Although the apartment is located outside the city center, it is easily approachable by matrushkas. Getting the keys and leaving the apartment was simple. Recommended!

We were absolutely delighted with the guesthouse! The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable, and we want to express our heartfelt thanks to them. They created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The room was very comfortable, with a soft and cozy bed, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent, with everything we needed close by. We especially enjoyed the lovely courtyard, which was perfect for relaxing. The stable Wi-Fi was a great bonus.
