Our room was very clean and comfortable. There is good light from the nice large patio windows. The bathroom is clean and shower has good pressure and hot water. There's a kettle and fridge which were appreciated. Location is good, close to Stalin museum, a good restaurant down the street and a grocery store across. It is very quiet. The hosts are amazing. They are very helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room and gave us a free ride to the bus station. It's more like a guest house than hotel, but it was perfect.

Super friendly and fun owner!! Quiet location, shared balcony overlooking the vines in the garden. We ordered dinner, which was excellent! A very good white wine. We recommend the whole experience. The room is very basic, but the privat bathroom is the biggest we've had. Rich breakfast, also the best we had. The children enjoyed watching the turtle in the garden and the little puppies they had.

The host is the nicest guy who has built and managed the beautiful property in a professional way and with his tasteful personal touch! The room is most spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by lush greens. Many great restaurants and interesting outdoors nearby. Highly recommend!

What we liked the most was the attitude of Lia the host, the way she really cared about us. The house also has a special creative atmosphere which felt so good. We enjoyed music evenings, with a piano and a guitar. As for the location, it is fine too.
