The hosts are very nice and hospitable people, very friendly. The apart is clean, it's got a kitchenette with a stove and a fridge. Excellent location, just 8-10 minutes' walk to the Fortress. They serve nice tasty breakfast. We liked our stay.

It was a great experience staying at this property. It was near the centre. Very peaceful environment with a great view. All the amenities were provided by the owner.The room was exactly the same as it is in the photo provided. A very clean and aesthetically pleasing apartment was provided. The owner is very friendly and sweet. I really enjoyed living here. I would highly recommend it!!

It is very close to Vardzia Caves - 5 minutes walk to the entrance. We enjoyed the quietness and closeness to the river, the hospitality of the hosts ( including Bobby the little dog ), and we felt at home straight away.
