I’ve traveled a lot in the country but this was the most welcoming stay. Hosts were very helpful, nice and kind. Room was clean, good renovation, very comfy bed, had everything I needed. Breakfast was simple but good (omelet, butter, pastry with eggs, bread and jam). From the land you can see Rabat fort and the mountains around very clear, the location is very calm no car noise, all cafes and stores in 5-6 minutes walk, Rabat square in maybe 8 minutes walk. Oto (the owner) would give me rides to bus station which was very kind, tried to help in every possible way. I was even sad to leave. Big thanks to the family!

Amazing location- by far the best in Borjomi! A dignified old turtle and his friend the happy rabbit greeted me upon arriving in the tiled courtyard as I thought to myself, "This is the place!" The beautiful stone tower bordering the courtyard on the edge of the guesthouse proper is a new meets old Georgian masterpiece created and constructed by Davit's father and Davit himself. The tower contains rental rooms and a fully stocked wine cellar below. I was fortunate to purchase from the cellar a bottle of lovely homemade pomegranate wine. Many other varieties are available. These make great and convenient gifts. Large and medium groups can be accommodated at Gogicha Tower. A not too small old banquet hall hides beneath the main structure to feed such assemblages a hearty private breakfast to begin their busy day. An open-air kitchen and dining area are situated amid the terrace which provides views of splendid Borjomi rooftops below and the lush mountainous ridgeline of the horizon beyond. This will be my go-to place to stay while in Borjomi from now on. I encourage my friends, family and all who are reading to partake in this oasis.

Close walking distance to the town (there is a step trail cutting through the forest). Shared kitchen is very accommodating. There is a little balcony as well. The bed was comfy and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were great. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They have a big dog that some people might be frightened of at first but it was very sweet and didn’t bark at all. The steps up to the room were slippery when wet - use the handrail. Some grip should really be added. No washing machine.
